"Why did God insist in using Jonah?"

"Today, if you her the voice of the Lord, do not harden your heart".
This scripture tells us that if we do not respond to the voice of God, there may come a day where you will not hear His voice anymore.

I remembered in my bible school year, Pst Ulf once gave an altar call for those called into full time ministry. He said, "if you know that is you, stand up right now. Nobody needs to close their eyes because when jesus called Peter and his disciples, he did it in the presence of all. This will be the last time God is calling you."

God will keep nudging your heart. But there will come a time when he will call you one last time. But when i looked at Jonah, i marvel a why God insist on using him and not someone else. God could have easily given someone else the message but He insist on using Jonah. WHY?? i am still searching for an answer.

Hmm, maybe Jonah is an perfect example to showcase how God can use a stubborn and unpassionate person? Or to show the power of the Almighty God?...God like to use the weak and feeble to shame the strong and wise...well just my opinion.
